This massive space used to be a local community center; it feels slightly haunted and somewhat terrifying. It would be perfect for an AA meeting scene, horror film, music video, or anything else you'd need a sizeable customizable space for. The parking is extremely convenient; it can hold equipment trailers, and everything is ground level.
