1. Booking Time • Time Management: Your booking includes setup, breakdown, and clean-up time. You may arrive at the parking lot up to 10 minutes before your booking begins. Please ensure you leave before the end of your booking to avoid overtime fees. Late arrivals do not extend your booking and will incur additional fees over time. We maintain a 30-minute buffer between bookings to allow time for cleaning. • Limited Access: Only the areas shown in the listing photos are available for guest use. 2. Music Policy • No music outdoors: Music can only be played inside the home (not loud enough to be heard outside). Violations of this rule will result in a fine and immediate removal from the premises. 3. Booking Extensions • Overtime: If you'd like to extend your booking, please inform us as early as possible. Extensions are subject to our availability and must be confirmed by us before the original booking end time. 4. Extra Guests • Additional Guest Fee: If more guests attend than the approved number, a fee of $10 per extra person, per hour will be charged. 5. Smoking and Fire • No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking is allowed only outside. No open flames or illegal drugs are permitted anywhere in the space. Additional Guidelines • All Ages Welcome: Guests of all ages are allowed in the space but minors must be accompanied by an adult. • Production Insurance: Not required for this space. • Special Effects: Smoke machines are allowed.
