Short North Condo Close to OSU

Located in the lovely, historic Victorian Village, our newly renovated condo is a short walk from Short North and High Street, and many amazing shops, eateries, breweries, & cafes. Nearby is also a local park, medical center, convenience/liquor store, and OSU. The culture-rich area offers lots to do, see, and eat! High Street - 0.3 mi The Ohio State University - 0.9 mi Wexner Medical Center - 0.8 mi Convention Center - 1.6 mi Nationwide Arena - 1.5 mi Arena District- 1.6 mi Crew Stadium- 3.0 mi This 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom condo was recently updated, therefore all of the finishings and furniture are brand new. The space has a modern and inviting feeling, with exposed brick throughout it. We hope our guests feel at home and comfortable right away, and enjoy coming back to the space after being out and about in Columbus. The first bedroom has a spacious king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have a great deal of natural light, plenty of closet space, and premium bedding. The full bathroom has a shower/tub and is stocked with healthy and sustainable Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash/hand soap, and lotion. The large modern kitchen has a beautiful new granite counter and is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances and stocked with cooking essentials. Guests will also find a brand new washer and dryer in the kitchen should they need to wash anything.
