Please refrain from standing on glass countertops. A maximum of 5 people is allowed per booking. All shop products must be paid for before use; enjoy a 30% discount on in-store products during your session! Booking Details: Regular rate bookings are available between 10 AM and 9 PM when the store is open for business. For a private session during business hours, please select our exclusive rate. Here’s what you can expect from our cleaning process: Pre-Booking Preparation: Before every booking, our team thoroughly cleans the entire space, including the sales floor, back rooms, and common areas. All surfaces, including countertops, door handles, and equipment, are sanitized to provide a clean and safe environment. During Your Stay: While we ensure a clean space for you upon arrival, we kindly request that guests maintain the cleanliness of the area throughout their booking. Trash bins are provided for disposal, and basic cleaning supplies are available if needed. Post-Booking Cleanup: After your session, our staff will conduct a final cleaning to ensure the space is ready for the next guests. However, any excessive mess left behind will incur a $150 cleaning fee, so we encourage all guests to clean up after themselves and leave the space as they found it. Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
