Event Space Features:

- Private Outdoor Area: Our fenced-in backyard provides a private space for your event. Enjoy the grill and firepit, perfect for outdoor cooking and cozy gatherings.
- Inviting Atmosphere: Our century-old home features a spacious wrap-around porch with a porch swing, ideal for guests to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
- Convenient Location: The venue is a short walk from local stores, restaurants, and the NC Transportation Museum, offering additional convenience for your guests.

Our team disinfects all high-touch areas, including doorknobs and light switches, and sweeps the entire space. We then spray the entire home with a disinfectant to eliminate germs and wipe down all surfaces thoroughly. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to provide a clean venue for your special occasion.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
