We are in a quiet suburban neighborhood with unique houses. It is roomy. The living room is decorated in a unique and intrigueing way. The backyard is spacious with a great view.
About the Space
This house is in one of the oldest neighborhoods of Santa Clarita. There is a shopping area close by called "Old Town" with high end shops and restaurants. We are close to pulic transportaion. The bedrooms are off limits but the rest of the house and the front and back yard are available. We've had movies, photo shoots and commercials shot here.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
