We have an underground parking lot with ample free parking for 50+ cars with parking available immediately in front of the studio and Roller Door Truck Access for vehicles to enter the studio.

We have block out windows in the studio space. You can also roll the roller door up to allow for natural lighting in the Mykonos Corner. We have ample of lighting equipment that can be made available and the lighting grid can be used to add white light or RGB lighting options.

The studio is in a quiet warehouse complex, to ensure zero disruptions we recommend booking Saturday - Sunday or after business hours.

Ground Floor

We have a truck loading zone / roller door entry which allows for cars to enter the space or any large equipment.

The upstairs area which is locked.

All of our guests are expected to treat BlankHouse’s space, furniture, amenities, and equipment with respect. Please note our space is shared with an upstairs office which is occupied by the White Key Marketing team Monday through Friday during business hours. The general areas and amenities are shared during this time. Please be mindful of this when booking - if you are after complete privacy we recommend a weekend booking. Your hours of hire include set up time and cleaning up. Please ensure this is considered at the time of booking, any additional time will be charged on an hourly fee. Any damage to our studio space, cyclorama, furniture, or props could result in a damage fee charged to clients based on the damage caused. The cost of repainting the cyclorama is $250. Any equipment or props used by the client are used at their own risk. Any damage caused by these will occur at full cost to the client based on the RRP of the damaged item. All equipment moved/used and furniture rearranged must return to the original space by the end of the hire period in the same condition as it was provided. Failure to return the studio to its original condition, a fee could apply. All rubbish needs to be disposed of in the outside bins and the kitchen left clean, with dishes clean and put away - we may charge an additional clean-up fee if deemed required. BlankHouse is monitored by a video camera as a security measure. Camera footage will be used to confirm any damage/theft. Please be aware of these cameras if talent are changing or taking explicit content - there is a private bathroom amenity for outfit changes.

You can move any of the furniture in the space / on the cyclorama WITH CARE to ensure there is no damage. All furniture is light enough for two people to carry or on wheels.
