The studio measures 18'3"x20'6" and is equipped with three adjustable lights, a teleprompter, a green screen, and a high-quality microphone, making it ideal for video production, photo shoots, or live streaming. The open floor plan allows for flexible setup and reconfiguration based on your production needs. One of the unique features of this space is the ample parking lot right in front of the building, with space for up to 50 vehicles, providing convenience for large crews or multiple guests. Additionally, the building is equipped with surveillance cameras, ensuring a safe and secure environment for you and your equipment. This is a fantastic space for creative professionals who need a fully equipped studio in an accessible urban location.

We maintain high cleaning standards in our studio. After each rental, our team performs a thorough cleaning of the space, ensuring all equipment is in perfect condition for the next use. We disinfect all surfaces, production equipment, and common areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
