Our Studio Cleaning Process We understand that cleanliness is a top priority, especially in a shared space like ours. That’s why we’ve developed a rigorous cleaning protocol to ensure the studio is in pristine condition before and after each booking. Our cleaning process focuses on keeping all areas hygienic and safe, so you can focus on your creative work. 1. Daily Cleaning and Sanitization Each day, our studio undergoes a thorough cleaning regimen, including: • Floor Cleaning: The entire studio floor is vacuumed and mopped to remove dust, dirt, and any debris from the previous sessions. This includes all high-traffic areas, such as the main shooting space, makeup area, and lounge. • Surface Disinfection: All surfaces that are frequently touched – including tables, countertops, door handles, light switches, and equipment – are wiped down and disinfected multiple times throughout the day. We use hospital-grade disinfectants to ensure that all germs and bacteria are effectively removed. • Bathroom and Kitchen Area Sanitization: Our restroom and kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned with attention to detail. The sink, counters, and handles are disinfected regularly. In the kitchen area, all appliances (e.g., microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine) are wiped down after each use. • Trash Removal: Trash is removed regularly to prevent overflow and maintain a clean and odor-free environment. Recyclable materials are separated, and we encourage eco-friendly practices whenever possible. 2. Deep Cleaning After Each Rental After every rental, we conduct a deep cleaning to prepare the space for the next client. This ensures that every guest arrives to a clean and organized studio.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
