Located on 50 acres of secluded paradise just over an hour from Dallas and a short drive from Tyler airport and the Canton Trade Days, The Plantation by the Lake is the perfect venue for a romantic wedding, corporate event, or family birthday/reunion. Traveling guests have the option to fly directly into the Tyler airport just 13 miles away. The six-acre private lake offers fishing, kayaking, and a stunning backdrop for events and photographs. The lake is steps away from the house, as are the valley and barn which offer space to host tented events and games. Guests enjoy use of the Bed & Breakfast style home and all amenities, fresh eggs from the chickens, and access to the one-mile hiking trail through the piney woods. The kitchen offers a six-burner stove with dual ovens, multiple ice makers/freezers, and a cozy feel that guests will adore.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
