Before every event, our space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to ensure it meets the highest standards of hygiene. This includes disinfecting all surfaces, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, and preparing the event area for your guests' comfort. After your event, our team will handle the post-event cleaning, ensuring the space is returned to its original condition. We take care of all essential cleaning tasks, so you don’t have to worry about the details. However, we do ask that you dispose of trash in designated bins and leave the space tidy. Our commitment to a clean environment ensures a pleasant experience for all guests before and after each event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
