About the Space

We offer a large studio and event space in the heart of beautiful, historic downtown Batavia. This room is perfect for a green room for area musicians or comedians to relax before their show. The room is closed off from the main yoga room where we host classes, workshops, and other events. Our beautiful high windows allow for plenty of natural light for photography and videography for a family-friendly photo shoot or videography. Yoga instructors, practitioners, musicians, artists, wellness facilitators, and community event planners are welcome to rent space monthly for their independent businesses. Let us host your class series, workshop, book signing, meet and greet, weekend retreat, or wellness fair in our beautiful space. Ask us for a separate quote for multiple bookings through Peerspace!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space is deep cleaned by a professional twice weekly. We sanitize all equipment and mats in between classes. We provide guests with cleaning products located around the space if they'd like to clean up after or in between their activities. We will handle all the cleaning and garbage, but it is so very much appreciated when guests do spot cleaning for bigger messes for us.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
