At Atolye, the health and safety of our guests are our top priority. That’s why we follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process before, during, and after every event: 1. *Pre-Event Cleaning*: Before each event, all surfaces including tables, chairs, and high-touch areas are sanitized. Floors are swept and mopped, and restrooms are fully disinfected and stocked with hygiene essentials. 2. *During Events*: Our staff regularly wipes down surfaces, empties trash, and ensures restrooms remain clean and stocked throughout the event. 3. *Post-Event Deep Clean*: After each event, we conduct a deep clean of the entire venue, including floors, restrooms, and the bar area, using high-grade disinfectants to ensure the space is fresh and ready for the next gathering. We’re dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
