Activities that work well on this estate are small to medium-sized weddings, corporate events, baby showers, anniversary parties, and family gatherings. The one-and-a-half-acre estate is located on a rolling hill that meets the gentle waters in one of the coves of Lake Livingston. Inside the elegant estate, you will find an indoor pool big enough for the entire family. Just off the back doors is an 1800 square foot deck overlooking the tranquil water of one of the coves of Lake Livingston. At the water's edge is a covered boathouse that is great for fishing or for sitting and enjoying nature. Of course some people of been known to just jump in and cool off even if it scares the fish away. Whether you want to have a fishing contest a pool party or just relax with your loved ones this is certainly a place to make a memory to last a lifetime or a place to start a yearly gathering.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
