Great space with tons of attributes!! We have many areas perfect for shooting, performing, recording, and more! We have a storefront with 3 different features to the store! The front is set up like a modern smoke shop. The back has a cafe-style setup. The basement has a grungy lounge-type vibe! Incredible what can be done in our space

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Aaron’s grungy storefront was exactly what we needed for our shoot. The space has raw, authentic character, exposed brick, and that perfect mix of gritty and artistic. If you’re looking for a spot that feels underground, urban, and full of texture, this is it. Aaron was super easy to work with, quick to respond, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The lighting inside creates moody, cinematic vibes, and there’s plenty of room to get creative with different setups.
