About the Space

We have a beautiful central event zone with 20-foot ceilings, a bar, a petrified wood table, cushions, carpets, plants & unique design elements. We have huge arched windows filtering gorgeous daytime light, and sunset colors, and have some colored lighting for evenings. Two entrances. We have a stunning Courtyard area that can be used for events as well. Our space is in a very unique historic complex known in the 1920s as one of LA’s creative centers, recognized by the LA Conservancy as a historic building. It was designed with Spanish revival style after the magic of Granada, Spain where many cultures and traditions lived in collaborative coexistence. Easy Commute from Hollywood, Downtown, Mid Wilshire, Silverlake, and Echo Park. Minutes drive from the 101, 110, and the 10. We welcome scouts or virtual FaceTime walkthroughs, come on over and check it out, brainstorm your event with us. We have someone from our small team who can ensure a smooth event for you and help take the pressure off the day of your hosting! Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
