Perfect for all kinds of events, Birthday parties, dinners, art exhitions, film screenings and performances. Lots of natural light but also carefully designed mood lighting for evening dinners. Projector, large screen, kitchen bathroom and outside area, you can smoke in the outside area but not inside.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is always clean and tiday before every booking. The kitchen and plates, glasses, mugs etc are all clean. The toilets are professiaonally cleaned 4 times a week.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
