Space is designed for dance activities mainly . Two studios 208 has 2,507 square feet and 210 has 2,273 square feet. Space 208 has 6 office cubicles, 2 bathrooms plus a sink in kitchenette space. Space 210 has 5 cubicles in which one has a sink. There are two bathrooms as well. Can be used for small conventions. Keep in mind, you will be sharing the area with other businesses operating at the same time. Please be considerate of their business needs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
