About the Space
This space is designed for artists such as photographers, videographers, content creators, and anyone hosting weekly classes of any kind. We have monthly and hourly options for rental. We also have a boudoir room that is a separate price from the main studio, so please be specific about which space you're inquiring about.

Security cameras and recording devices
I do have security cameras located inside the lobby and main warehouse area of the studio that record any motion
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We have a cleaning once a week so it is important that you clean up after yourself and the client after your session. The studio should already be clean prior to your arrival
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
