Located in Carpinteria California, we have this magical property adjacent to the beach perfect for weddings, Wine tasting, birthdays, team building events, photography or filming. Use as a base camp for you parking while you have an event at the beach. This versatile land is ranked 14th as a California butterfly sanctuary and has butterflies during December to March. There are hoop houses with commercial flowers that can be used for photography back drops, raw rustic land, enchanted picknick areas with string lights for events. Also close to know surf destinations Tarpits, Rincon and bike paths.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
