Fontecchio’s Community Garden offers a park‑like setting at a beautiful residential home with a covered pavilion, sparkling pool, spacious backyard, and a wood‑burning fire pit — the perfect backdrop for your special event. The venue can be arranged as an elegant wedding beneath the old oak tree using the custom‑made arch, a rockin’ birthday party, a Zen yoga retreat, a corporate dinner, a baby shower or gender reveal, or a small, intimate gathering of friends and family. Highlights Versatile outdoor layout with moveable furniture to customize your vision. Covered pavilion and pool for shade and atmosphere. Wood‑burning fire pit for cozy evening gatherings. Custom wedding arch under the oak tree for ceremonies. Capacity: Up to 50 guests may be booked via the app; parties up to 75 may be possible but require special approval from the host. Parking: Space for approximately 40 vehicles; guests may also use the driveway or designated areas in front of the home when available. What You Can Do Bring your own decor, food, and beverages. Fontecchio’s does not sell or serve alcohol and no prior notice is required for guests to bring alcohol; no underage drinking is permitted. Add lawn games, a bounce house, or a water slide to make the day yours. Vendors are welcome and do not require prior approval; vendors are encouraged to be listed in your booking notes so logistics can be coordinated. Furniture may be moved to suit your layout and does not need to be returned to its original position. Practical Details Outdoor venue only. Indoor access is limited to bathrooms via a private entrance adjacent to the pavilion. Booked time must include setup and teardown. Your reserved time block must cover both setup and breakdown. Deliveries are not permitted before your reserved time unless arranged with the host in advance. Early delivery fee: An additional fee may apply for early delivery of tables, chairs, bounce houses, or other event‑specific items unless those items are rented as an add‑on through the app; items rented through the app will be placed in the venue and ready for use at your scheduled arrival time. Parking and security: Events with over 20 guests require combined parking/security coverage; coverage starts 30 minutes prior to your anticipated guest arrival and continues until the event ends. Trash: One full dumpster allowance per event; please bag trash and place it in the designated dumpster. Trash cans and bags are provided for your convenience. Health and Safety Measures

Space is cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. The cleaning fee covers the landscaping services, pool maintenance and deep cleaning of the bathrooms prior to your event to ensure the space is in its best condition when you arrive as well as the cleaning of the space after your event (food spills, table/chair sanitation, bathroom cleaning etc.) and garbage disposal.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
