About the Space

a bright and welcoming boutique space located in the heart of Santa Monica, CA. The studio is filled with natural light thanks to its large front window (frosted for privacy) and two skylights, creating a warm and sunny atmosphere. It features a clean, modern design with a natural wooden bench and shelving in the entryway, perfect for storing belongings. The studio is equipped with six Balanced Body Studio Reformers, a Cadillac, a Wunda Chair, and a variety of fitness props, making it ideal for Pilates sessions, wellness events, or fitness-related productions. A half bathroom is available, along with a back area for storage that includes a microwave, small refrigerator, and air conditioning. The space is easily accessible with both front and back doors for private entry. Perfect for intimate gatherings, fitness classes, or photo/video shoots, this studio offers a serene and functional environment.

Parking description

There is lots of street parking on Urban Ave. and metered parking on Pico Blvd. Please read the street signs. Additionally, you can park across the street in the US Bank parking lot for FREE after 5pm.

General Rules

No smoking in the building. No outside shoes allowed on the carpet. No alcohol. Outside catering is allowed. Do not move equipment. If you need equipment moved, pleases schedule this with the owner.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

After each booking, Good Body Pilate Studio is cleaned, sanitized, and vacuumed for the following guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:
