Great two bedroom townhouse with minimalist decoration, great for movies, music video and other projects. One bedroom is an office with double computer monitors, other is an actual bedroom. Two balconies. There are two bathrooms upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs. Parking is provided inside the building (two spots), there are also free guest parking spots in the building (first come, first serve) and really easy street parking.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
