About the Space
This space can be used for anything from a dinner party, baby shower, photo shoot, filming location or a corporate get together. There is an open concept living area with roomy seating area. We have a 75 inch Smart TV in the living room so that you can listen to your favorite music or play music videos during your event. There are also 3 other bedrooms in the home with 65 inch Smart TVs and a rooftop with stunning skyline views of Downtown Atlanta that also has a 65 inch Smart TV. The kitchen features a gas 5 burner stove, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and European cabinets. Please inquire if you would like to utilize the upstairs area at all. The 3 king size modern bedrooms are available for your use, but will incur an additional charge. Even though we allow birthday party type events, we do not allow anyone to tape anything to the walls or move furniture. Please be mindful of these activities when considering booking for your event.

This space is throughly cleaned to follow all Covid 19 protocols. This place is cleaned twice per session.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
