Centrally located home in Mesa, only 1 mile off the 202 freeway. 12 minutes from Cubs Stadium, 23 minutes from downtown Scottsdale, and 18 minutes from downtown Gilbert. Home is tastefully updated to provide all modern comforts, including quartz counters and marble bathrooms. Outdoor fireplace, playground, resort style private diving-swimming pool, and ample parking! Has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and office with pull out sofa. Extra chairs are available upon request.

Yes, I would book again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our event! We threw a beautiful bridal shower. We hardly needed any decorations because the house was stunning itself. It’s more beautiful than the photos! Kristine was incredibly kind and helpful. Would 1000% book again and recommend this home.
