Our space is designed primarily for podcasting and media production, making it ideal for a wide range of audio and video content creation activities. The layout features two fully equipped studio rooms, allowing for simultaneous productions or different setup options based on the project's needs. In addition to the studios, we have a prep kitchen and a dedicated makeup room, providing essential services for longer shoots or productions requiring talent preparation. One of the unique aspects of our space is its comprehensive array of high-end equipment, making it perfect for large-scale productions such as commercials or live streams. Additionally, we have a full rentable crew to assist with all technical and production needs, ensuring a seamless and professional production process.

Our studios are cleaned daily by a professional cleaner. We also provide hand sanitizers, public restrooms, and hand wipes for guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
