The property is nothing like you'll find anywhere else in Los Angeles. Located on 4 1/2 acres with vegetation all around, its very close to where they shot the movie E.T. It's a must see! The potential is limitless! Please keep in mind that restrooms are not accessible/available for productions thus reaching out to a company that rents/provides them is recommended but not required. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
