About the Space
The space works well for individuals or small groups. It has several seating options from high-top tables to restaurant-style booths. Our coworking space includes plenty of monitors, cord/adapters, sound-proof call booths, and even a kitchen. It is an open-concept coworking area with natural light and AC/Heating.

Pick up personal items/turn off appliances after using the space
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have security cameras located in hallways, and any common areas. We also have cameras located by our mailing area. Cameras are recording 24/7 for the safety of anyone using our space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a professional cleaning company which comes every evening M-F.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
