This old social club is perfect for portraits and product photography. There's a small ~500 sq. ft. studio with 9.5' ceilings, white, grey, & green seamless backdrops, and a shooting table. Across the hall is a large (~1,300 sq. ft.) open room with 17' ceilings. This room is heated but not air-conditioned. We have 2 rolling carts for gear and a dedicated tethered shooting computer with a 27" monitor. There is a unisex bathroom in the front lobby. We also have a small seating area and cafe table & chairs in the back lobby. Our refreshments station has a small fridge, microwave, and coffee. Rental includes the space, carts, tether computer, and shooting table. The use of paper backdrops is available as an add-on. We also have loads of gear available to rent for both photography and video, including: For Photography: 4 Paul C Buff strobes, modifiers, tripods, and Canon R5 plus various lenses For Video: Red Komodo, Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 6K Pro, Sirui Anamorphic lens set, various other cinema primes, Aputure 600x w/ fresnel or light dome/china ball, (2) Aputure 300d, Amaran F22X, Dedolight DLED 7, Edelkrone motion control slider and jib, Kessler 12-ft crane, DPA shotgun mic, DPA lav mics, and lots of grip.
