Sanitization of Shared Areas: The shared kitchen, private bathroom, and break room are sanitized between bookings to maintain a high level of hygiene. We use professional-grade cleaning products to disinfect all surfaces. 3. Air Circulation: We ensure the space is well-ventilated during and after cleaning to maintain fresh air circulation. 4. Trash Removal and Disposal: All trash is removed and disposed of responsibly. Trash cans are lined with fresh bags after each event. 5. Floor Cleaning: All floors, including hardwood areas, are vacuumed and mopped to ensure cleanliness and presentation. 6. Restocking Supplies: We restock essential items such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper in the bathroom and kitchen areas. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
