About the Space
Artists loft built in 1950's warehouse in the Dallas Design District with 13 foot high ceilings, skylights and polished, stained concrete floors. Two white wall bays available (13' x 13' and 11' x 12') as well as several designer spaces with vintage art and furniture. Furniture and art are actively being sold and pictured pieces may not be available at time of booking. Please inquire in advance if you are seeking a particular item. Large kitchen for catering. Dock door in back. Plenty of parking space. Outdoor shooting locations also available on property.

We clean the floors and surfaces of the space between every booking and do a thorough cleaning every week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
