About the Space
This is a quarter-acre M-1 zoned light industrial vacant lot (~0.25 acres) that can be used for filming in the high desert. We allow filming 24/7. It is also ideal as a crew parking, base camp, storage, etc. This lot is along Highway 14 at Red Rover Mine Road and is 30 minutes from Burbank. It is adjacent to our rustic, industrial desert property also listed here separately. This lot can be booked separately or together with our rustic house or industrial metal warehouse.
Please note: We cannot move any vehicles, shipping containers, or trailers that you see in the photos without advanced prep, but there's plenty of space for parking for up to 20 vehicles.
We can offer bathrooms and other amenities for an additional fee if only booking the lot and no other part of our property.
Also on a separate part of our property is our rustic house set in our industrial zone and a metal warehouse that can be rented separately.

Health and Safety Measures
If the lot is left as you found it, no problem. Cleaning or garbage can be arranged. There are no necessary COVID protocols for the outside vacant lots.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
