Logistics: • Available Spaces: Guests have access to the main living room, dining area, outdoor patio, kitchen, pool area, and restrooms (1 full on the second floor and 1.5 on the first floor). • Parking: Ample parking is available in the 3-car garage and driveway, with additional free street parking and a nearby parking lot for crew members and equipment trucks. • Electricity and WiFi: The property is equipped with reliable WiFi and multiple electrical outlets to support media equipment and production needs. House Rules: • No smoking inside the house or near the pool. • Furniture may be moved but must be returned to its original position after the shoot. • No loud music or filming after 10 PM to respect the neighbors. • Day-use only; no overnight stays. • All trash must be placed in the provided bins before departure. Cleaning Process: The estate is professionally cleaned before and after each production by our dedicated cleaning team. This includes thorough cleaning of all common areas, the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces such as the pool and patio. High-touch surfaces, including door handles and countertops, are sanitized to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and safety. All trash is removed and linens are laundered after each event, ensuring a clean environment for your production crew.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
