Cleaning Process: We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all our guests. The estate is professionally cleaned before and after each event by our dedicated cleaning team. This includes thorough cleaning of all common areas, the kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces such as the pool and patio. High-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, and shared areas, are sanitized regularly to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. All trash is removed, and linens are laundered after each event to ensure a fresh, clean environment for your guests. If your event requires additional cleaning during your booking or you have specific cleaning requests, please let us know in advance.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
