The Logan studio offers a unique and cozy environment that can accommodate whatever your needs are. It's spacious clean and has a modern feel and look to it. This studio has unique features such as beautiful wall sculptures and art and color. Also includes wall flat screens half bath kitchen double front porch with a gorgeous rooftop gazebo. Includes extra space on the lower level that includes a hand-built wooden bar and full bathroom.

There is on street parking, school yard across street for extra parking. On weekends there is also extra parking.
General Rules
No Smoking no pets is allowed on private premises. No parties. Catering is allowed on premises. Staying overnight must get approval from the host. The entire home can be used as needed for whatever needs.
No loud music after 8:00 pm.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each use if the studio a cleaning service is hired to disinfect the entire property for health purposes. Everything is wiped clean with Clorox wipes and sanitizer wipes by our cleaning staff.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable gloves
