Mini Break-Off Room: Cozy breakout space behind the larger gathering room, with an open wall overlooking the main room. Great for intimate seating or quiet conversations while still connected to the event. Dry bar/Kitchenette: Adjacent to the larger room, perfect for food prep, drink stations, or casual mingling. Ideal for events with catering or refreshments. Photography Studio with Dressing Room: This breakout room is perfect for creatives. The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including all surfaces, restroom, and common areas. Guests are expected to tidy up after their event, which includes removing trash, returning furniture to its original layout, and ensuring the space is left in good condition.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
