Layout: Adapting to Your Vision Our 1,500 sq ft venue has five distinct breakout spaces, each tailored to our guests’ needs. Here’s how it’s laid out: Larger Gathering Room: This multi-purpose area, the venue’s heart, hosts group activities like workshops, yoga, and small parties. Its open layout and inviting ambiance suit larger gatherings or central event activities. Mini Break-Off Room: Cozy breakout space behind the larger gathering room, with an open wall overlooking the main room. Great for intimate seating or quiet conversations while still connected to the event. Dry bar/Kitchenette: Adjacent to the larger room, perfect for food prep, drink stations, or casual mingling. Ideal for events with catering or refreshments. Photography Studio with Dressing Room: This breakout room is perfect for creatives. It has professional backdrops, excellent lighting, and a dressing room. It’s ideal for photo shoots, video productions, and event glam sessions. Meeting Room: This private breakout space, located at the venue’s back, has a table and eight chairs, perfect for business meetings, brainstorming, or small group discussions. Its quiet environment boosts productivity and focus. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including all surfaces, restroom, and common areas. Guests are expected to tidy up after their event, which includes removing trash, returning furniture to its original layout, and ensuring the space is left in good condition.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
