Non-Toxic Products: We use non-toxic, child-safe cleaning products that are effective against germs and safe for little ones. 3. Air Quality: The space is regularly ventilated, and air purifiers are used to maintain a fresh and healthy environment. 4. Regular Deep Cleaning: In addition to daily cleaning, we schedule regular deep cleanings of the entire facility to ensure all areas are spotless. 5. Staff Protocols: Our staff is trained in proper hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing and the use of gloves and masks when necessary.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
