About the Space
The Perch sits on 4 acres of woods, an open field, a gathering space, an open field and 12 rustic cabins. It's very simple, and there's a peaceful and secluded feeling about the property. Even though it looks so remote, we are only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Our cabins maintain their original look on the outside but they've all been beautifully renovated on the inside. There's lots of trees, and lots of parking. The cabins were built in the 30s and we've kept that look on the outside, but the insides have been beautifully renovated with eclectic furnishings.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
