After each event, we conduct a thorough cleaning of all areas, including the tent, grounds & barn is ready for the next guests. The playground is inspected and cleaned, with any debris or trash removed to ensure a safe play area for children. The fire pit is cleaned and inspected for safety, ensuring it’s ready for the next gathering. Our friendly animals are cared for and checked to ensure they are healthy and ready to interact with guests. All trash and recycling are removed from the property, and waste bins are emptied to keep the area tidy. Any rental equipment, such as the moon bounce, is inspected for safety and cleanliness before the next booking. By maintaining these cleaning measures, we ensure our venue is always in top shape for your special events. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
