Rental Includes Free Parking, WIFI, Bluetooth Speaker, Coffee Machine, Microwave, Practitioner Massage Table, Photography Props, and Full Bathroom For Makeup and wardrobe. Payment must be made in full to secure any booking. Booking time includes setup & wrap-up. If you need time to wrap after the booked time is completed, this is considered overtime & will be charged at the same hourly rate. Please treat the place with respect, leave it clean & return furniture to its original place before the end of booking time. Any damage will incur an extra damage or cleaning service charge. My experience was great. The host was very professional, organized and prompt. The "Expression Space" was outstanding, with plenty of opportunities and potential for creativity. There was a variety of lighting options, in the space, and decor was very artistic and tasteful. I would highly recommend the space for events, photography or meetings, etc. Overall great experience, highly recommended.
