As your host, I take cleanliness and safety very seriously. After each event, I follow a thorough cleaning process to ensure the space is spotless and ready for the next guests. Here’s what I do: 1. **Surface Sanitization**: All high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, and chairs, are cleaned and sanitized using hospital-grade disinfectants. 2. **Furniture Cleaning**: Soft furnishings, including the pink furniture, are vacuumed and spot-cleaned as needed to maintain freshness and cleanliness. 3. **Bathroom Sanitization**: The bathroom is thoroughly disinfected after each event, with special attention to sinks, toilets, and other frequently used areas. 4. **Floor Cleaning**: All floors are vacuumed or swept, and mopped to ensure the space remains clean and dust-free. 5. **Waste Disposal**: All trash is promptly removed, and bins are sanitized after each use. 6. **Precautions**: I use disposable gloves and ensure proper ventilation during the cleaning process to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for everyone. Hand sanitizers are also provided for guests during their stay. This cleaning process ensures the space is fresh, sanitized, and ready for your event while prioritizing health and safety.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
