About the Space
Relax in my cozy, 99 yr old, craftsman bungalow located in the “Woodland Heights” historic neighborhood. My home features two freshly painted and decorated bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom. The large custom kitchen is fully stocked and has everything a seasoned chef requires. The living room is equipped with SONOS surround sound and 77” OLED TV that is perfect for watching movies and sports. The large backyard is fenced and shared with an apartment above the detached garage where I currently reside when I’m not traveling. One bedroom serves as an office with a desk, docking station, and 32" 4K monitor. High speed fiber-optic Gigabit internet is available via Wifi and Ethernet jacks in every room. The other bedroom has a 48” OLED TV that is connected to DirecTV with MAX. Coffee and tea are provided with a Keurig coffee machine, French press, and electric kettle. One secure, covered parking space is available in the gated driveway. A level 2 EV charging station is located 2 blocks away from my home or a 5 minute walk. The house is 1000 sq ft.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
