About the Space
Reel Folk Studio is a professional photography & video studio ready to cater for all your needs. Located in the vibrant Northern Beaches of Sydney, our location is a haven for photographers and videographers seeking a flexible environment to produce amazing content. We also offer in house Film and Shoot Production and even an on site technician for your studio booking, if requested. We have a big 3.8m wide cyclorama, with free use of poly boards, c stands, shot bags and fog machine. One side of the studio is windows the whole way down with shear curtains if you desire the gorgeous ambient light we have - or you can draw the block out curtains to control your internal light. There is a huge roller door on the other side to let in the flooding afternoon golden light as well. There is bathroom facilities, a full kitchen, make up and dressing room. We have an extensive kit of flash and continuous lights that can be rented separately as well as paper rolls. We look forward to hosting you and helping you create magic.

What a beautiful venue! Couldn’t have asked for a better space for my photoshoot, the lighting was amazing, the host Paul was so friendly & great at communicating which made the day go so smoothly. I’m so grateful to have found such a great venue - the decor is an absolute stand out and we ended up getting heaps of photos in front of! Couldn’t recommend it more, and would definitely book again :)
