At Cuor di Caffe, we take pride in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our guests. To ensure the space is always ready and comfortable for your event, we follow a thorough cleaning process before and after every booking. Before Your Event: Deep Cleaning: We deep clean all areas of the venue, including floors, furniture, and surfaces, with professional-grade cleaning products. Sanitization: High-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, tables, and bathrooms are sanitized to meet hygiene standards. Setup: Our team ensures that the space is organized and all equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) is clean and arranged according to your requirements. During Your Event: On-Site Cleaning: For events lasting more than 4 hours, an on-site cleaning team may be available to tidy up as needed, ensuring that trash is emptied, spills are handled, and bathrooms are kept fresh. Trash & Waste Management: We provide bins and waste stations to encourage guests to dispose of trash properly, and our staff will be on hand to help manage waste during the event. After Your Event: Post-Event Cleanup: Our team will perform a comprehensive cleaning of the space after your event, including vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all high-use areas. Trash Removal: We handle the removal of all trash and recyclables, ensuring the venue is spotless for the next guest. Additional Charges: While we ask that you leave the venue in a tidy state (trash in bins, dishes collected, etc.), excessive cleaning due to major spills, damages, or misuse of the space may result in additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
