There is usually parking available right up front! If not, it's not problem to turn your hazards on by the front door to unload your equipment then find parking nearby.

Plenty of outlets around the space to plug in additional lighting or other equipment.

General Rules
Respect the Space: Keep all areas clean and tidy. Please dispose of trash and leave the space as you found it.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Timely Use: Please stick to your scheduled time and vacate the space promptly at the end of your booking.
Guests: Make sure your guests are respectful of the space and follow all house rules.
Damages: Any damages caused during your time in the space must be reported and may result in additional charges.
No Pets: Unless pre-approved, pets are not allowed inside the venue.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
You are welcome to arrange the furniture how you would like we just ask the you put it back.
No smoke machines allowed

Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning crew is scheduled weekly and for every event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
