This three-story heritage building has been used by tenants for everything from light industrial to retail to tech start-ups to entertainment. The high-ceilinged ground floor is 9000 sq ft and can be divided in a variety of ways. The second floor is also 9000 sq ft and is divided into several offices and a very large common area, with a kitchen. There is a rooftop deck, as well as a basement for storage and parking.

Health and Safety Measures

We will hire a professional cleaner who will clean the area and disinfect the bathrooms and kitchen area. The client is responsible for the fee, minimum charge is $600, and it could be more depending on what areas are used and how much garbage needs to be moved.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
