About the Space
- a large 9m x 6m x 4m rehearsal room setup like a stage, sound treated and gear available so you can turn up and practice without yours if needed. - a J shape cyclorama measuring left wall 3m x back wall 5.6m x right wall 4.6m and 4m tall. - a music store section with accessories including strings, picks, sticks, drum heads and more. - a recording studio upstairs where you can book a producer/ engineer for your sessions.

Parking description
We have a carpark out the front and also easy street parking.
General Rules
- No smoking in the building anywhere.
- Outside catering is allowed, rubbish must be taken away and only eat near kitchen or outside.
- Any damages to our venue/ equipment must be paid for.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have 1 security camera at the front entry that does video & sound, 3 in the music store and 1 in the recording studio that record video only. They will be on.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
