About the Space
Just off the northern end of Seattle's Lake Union, east of Gasworks and west of the I-5 Ship Canal Bridge, this home sits at the end of the marina dock facing south. Partial downtown view. Watch boaters row and slowly motor past. And wave to all the hot tub boats passing by! Great little space for a small indoor gathering, or photo/video shoot in a relatively serene and quiet area, when the seaplanes aren't taking off or landing. Available space on the property for use: Main living room, kitchen, head (bathroom). The upstairs bedroom is up for discussion if needed for booking. Life jackets are provided on board. Ages under 16 are not allowed due to maritime laws being strict on federal waters. A vintage motorboat charter is available for an additional fee. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
