About the Space
Flexible space in the heart of Hollywood with a private lobby and stage/seating. There are 47 seats and a raised stage that is 24 ft wide by 17 ft deep. Perfect for comedy shows, one-night performances, poetry readings, events of all natures, acting classes, rehearsals, and film shoots you name it! As you enter there are 2 landings then our private lobby with a concessions bar, mini fridge, and bathroom. Then we have the theatre with 47 seats and a stage with 2 wing spaces and a traditional entrance through the changing room. Worklights separate from the stage lights, plus full theatrical lighting and sound systems. Technical systems are ONLY for Event or Production bookings. Perfect for your next event

We have cleaners that come weekly to fully clean the entire space, in addition to our staff checking in on the space and doing spot cleans more frequently
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
