This stunning home features the downstairs area accessible ONLY for content shoots and media productions and the outside/2 acre yard space for events (any booking over 8 people). For events, only the downstairs common areas will be able to be accessed upon request.

FAQs:
Can alcohol be consumed on the premises?
1. Alcohol MUST be served from TABC event staff from our property to ensure nobody is over served. You can choose to hire a bartender though us or have us handle your bartending needs in a full package. Please mention at the time of booking.
2. Can I host more than 150 guests?
Our event cap is 150 attendees. An additional charge is required for us to accommodate extra guests.
3. Do I need event insurance?
Proof of event insurance is required with Casa de Bella as the “additional insured”.
4. What is your rule on security?
Security/officers must be present for all events with more than 25 attendees. Proof of the security company hired must be presented up to an hour before check in.
5. Can we use the pool, hot tub, and/or fire pit?
Use of the pool is included for those who book “events”. The pool house, hot tub and fire pit incur an extra fee.
